When managing your team, remember to work with them on improving what they are already strong at.
Trying to get your team to improve on their weaknesses will be exhausting and frustrating. Your team will give you every excuse to avoid having to do what they are weak at.
It is important to draw an organisation chart of your business and profile the tasks and KPI’s that each role needs to achieve.
Profile what each of your existing team is strong at and identify the gaps.
Sometimes the gaps can be closed by re-assigning duties within your team.
