In today’s labour market you need to be on top of your game to attract and retain highly motivated team members.
7 Tips
  1. Have a written culture statement – rules of the game on how you and your team interact with all the stakeholders in your business.
  2. Survey your existing team to understand what you need to do to have a fantastic work environment.
  3. Implement the points raised in your survey or explain why it is not possible to implement a given suggestion now.
  4. Publish your survey within your company.
  5. This cycle should be repeated every 12 to 24 months.
  6. Have your team complete a video as to why your company is a great place to work and put these on your website.
  7. With all of this in place, keep asking yourself “Is my company the best to work for within my industry”
