How good is your customer service?
Most business owners believe they give great service to their customers.
When asked if they get great service from their suppliers, they are less sure.
The first step to giving great customer service is to decide why you are in business.
Satisfied customers fall well short of what is required for a successful and growing business.
Ask yourself would I want a satisfied spouse… or a loyal one….
Decide that you are in business to acquire raving fans.
To acquire raving fans, you will need to provide a professional service.  This means consistently excellent as opposed to peaking from time to time (like an amateur)
The only way you can be sure that you are consistently excellent is to regularly survey your customers with the right questions.
