  1. What has changed in your business/life since last January?
  2. What is the most important thing you need to get done as businesses re-open? Drill down on the answer to this question to help your customer and you to understand what is important to them. Ask clarifying questions.
  3. How can my business help you to get the important things in your business/life done? Again drill down on this question.
Once you have the answers to these questions, work with your team to come up with solutions for your customers.
